Hi Dana, it's Kevin from Relay. We spoke last week about rep admin time. Got 30 seconds?
Kevin. You said you'd send me numbers by Friday. Did you?

How it works
Reps, not role-play with your manager.
Three steps, as many times a day as you like. It feels like a phone call because it basically is one.
01
Pick a prospect
Choose from the community library, clone and tweak one, or describe your buyer in a sentence and let AI build them. Each has a backstory, real pains, objections and things they'll only tell you if you ask well.
02
Call them out loud
They pick up like a real buyer: busy, skeptical, sometimes rude. Talk naturally, interrupt, handle the brush-off. They'll hang up if you waste their time.
03
Get scored, then call again
A scorecard rates your opener, discovery, value prop, objection handling and close, with the exact moments that mattered and what a top rep would have said. Next call, they remember you.
The loop that makes it stick: every persona keeps notes on you. Promise to send pricing and they'll ask where it is. Win them over and they warm up. Burn them and they remember that too.
Features
Everything a rep needs to get sharp, fast.
Built around the parts of cold calling that are hardest to practice: the first ten seconds, the brush-off, and the second call.
Personas that remember you
Each persona keeps its own memory of you: who you are, what you sell, what you promised and how it went, plus a rapport score. See exactly what they remember, delete a single note, or wipe the slate clean.

“Skeptical CFO at a 200-person logistics company.” One sentence in, a full persona out, ready to edit.
Feels like a real phone call
Realtime speech in and out, natural turn-taking, and you can talk over them. They pick up first and can hang up on you.
Call recordings
Replay any call with both sides mixed, jump to the moments your scorecard flagged, and hear how you actually sound.
Difficulty that means something
From friendly and curious to hostile and hanging up in ten seconds. Gatekeepers, follow-ups, discovery and objection drills.
Meet the prospects
They don't make it easy.
A taste of the starter library. Every one has pains to uncover, objections to handle and a few secrets they'll only share with a rep who earns it.
No phone number or dialer involved. You talk to the prospect in the browser or the iPhone app with your mic and speaker, in realtime, and it behaves like a phone call: they pick up, you can interrupt each other, and they can hang up on you.
Do the personas really remember me?
Yes. After each call, the persona writes down what it learned about you: your name and company, what you sell, anything you promised, and how the call went. That memory and a rapport score shape how they greet you next time.
Can I clear what a persona remembers?
Any time. Each persona has a memory page where you can read every note it keeps about you, delete individual notes, or clear everything so they treat you as a stranger on the next call.
Which voices can I use?
You pick from a set of realistic voices, described by how they sound (like "Deep American man"), and you can preview each one before giving it to a persona. Every persona can have a different voice.
How is my data handled?
Your calls, transcripts and persona memories are private to you (and your team managers, on team plans). Recordings are kept for your plan's retention period, and you can delete a call at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. The iOS app has the full calling experience, your persona library and your scorecards, and stays in sync with the web app. Pro can be bought in the app; team plans are managed on the web.
What does the free plan include?
20 practice minutes every month, calls up to 5 minutes, the full community library, up to 3 custom personas, and scorecards on every call.
Your next real call is coming. Warm up first.
Five minutes with a skeptical CFO beats an hour of reading scripts.
